Loneliness, The Killer

She watched as the sky turned the color of her veins
The color reflected the mood of her life
She pondered as her emotion let her
The emptiness that stayed by her sighed
She stood as the cold enveloped her
The wind that whipped unrelentingly
She hoped the world would end
The world chewed her up and spit her out
She knelt, praying to be set free
A Prayer that she thought would never be answered
A life that she didn't wish to go further
The thoughts that haunted her head
The love that she never received
The smiles never returned
The beauty she never saw
The worthlessness she always embraced

And the death she would come to accept
